Top of the Town 2012

Damn, there’s a lot of good beer being made in these parts. The Front Range’s microbrews are becoming household names around the country, but perhaps the most exciting thing happening these days is the proliferation of nanobreweries—small neighborhood spots that serve fresh beer to the thirsty masses. So many have popped up in our fair town, it’s almost difficult to keep track; but Renegade blew us away from our first taste of its Ryeteous Rye IPA, a subtle and intriguing twist on the classic India Pale Ale. Have a pint in the hip taproom in the Santa Fe art district, grab a growler for the fridge, or sit tight: Renegade plans to start canning Ryeteous in tallboys this summer. 925 W.
