Bio

Julie Dugdale oversees the front-of-the-book sections, Front Range and Scene, and writes and edits service features, departments, and narrative pieces. The East Coast native studied sociology at the College of William and Mary, and joined 5280's staff while studying for her master's degree in journalism at the University of Colorado. Her writing has appeared in High Country News, Nationalgeographic.com/traveler, Hooked on the Outdoors Magazine, Natural Solutions, and other publications.
