Bio

As 5280’s Advertising and Marketing Art Director, Kent Odendahl is tasked with art direction for all aspects of the magazine not pertaining to the editorial product. This includes conception and execution of magazine advertisements as well as any special sections or specialty publications. He oversees implementation of all 5280 brand standards for sponsorships and marketing initiatives and creates unique visuals for 5280 hosted events. Prior to 5280 he was a Senior Designer for the Denver Newspaper Agency’s in-house Design Group where he developed comprehensive ad campaigns for both the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News and it’s clients. Kent holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Colorado State University and his work has been featured in the 2004 PRINT Regional Design Annual. Kent is a Colorado native and lives in Denver with his wife and daughter.
