Esquire Magazine covers the U.S. Mayors’ Conference in a 14-page photo spread in the September issue. Among those featured is Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper who gets an entire page to himself (pdf).

What’s he wearing? A suit by Armani, a shirt by Dolce and Gabbana and a tie by Prada.
