A Denver father and son have been charged with sexually assaulting a 27-year-old pizza delivery driver on New Year’s Eve, Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey announced today. Lawrence Garcia, 48, and Daniel Garcia, 18, allegedly attacked the woman after she delivered pizza to a home in the 4600 block of Race Street. The victim was eventually able to break free and get to her car to contact authorities.
