The five-week-old EVOO Marketplace, tucked into a sunbathed corner shop at 15th and Market streets, has just upped extra-virgin olive oil from a salad dressing ingredient to a meal mainstay.
With 24 types of oil, including international varietals (from Spain to Chile) as well as flavored options like blood orange and Meyer lemon, the shop has the fixings to make citrus-accented grilled fish, olive oil cakes, or even bean dips.
