It seemed, for a while at least, that Brandon Marshall was going to turn his life around and avoid getting into trouble with the law. Unfortunately, the Denver Broncos’ star wide receiver is in trouble again, this time after being arrested in Atlanta on a disorderly conduct charge stemming from an alleged fight, according to ESPN. It was Marshall’s fourth arrest since 2006, and Broncos fans will recall that he was suspended for three games at the start of last season because police repeatedly responded to incidents between Marshall and his former girlfriend. The 24-year-old posted $300 in bail and was released, and ESPN theorized Marshall could face a suspension going into the 2009 season. This morning, however, the charges were dismissed, according to The Denver Post, quoting Marshall’s attorney.
