Executive chef Kyle Fitzgerald promises this dinner (a benefit for the Children’s Hospital of Denver) will be full of rarities, including whiskey master Robert Sickler, who will guide diners through six courses. Sickler’s job is to pair the epicurean treats with varietals of Bushmills Irish Whiskey, one of which is rumored to be the exclusive Bushmills 1608, a rare blend of malt whiskey not available in U.S. stores.
