Now he and Anderson, who owns Pisa Cakes, are taking her sweet treats on the road, headed for Fort Collins in their Cupcake Cruiser, reports 7News. While the red tape surrounding mobile food service can be a headache, the couple’s investment of $25,000, including the purchase and conversion of an old mail truck, is likely to start paying off once the Cruiser is in business later this month.
