Boulder’s Roundhouse Spirits says a little piece of Arapahoe Glacier ends up in every one of their bottles of small-batch gin, coffee liqueur, and pumpkin cordial. See if you can taste the difference in this martini made with their Imperial Barrel Aged Gin, sometimes called “ginsky” for its scotch and whiskey flavors.

You’ll need:

2 ounces Roundhouse Imperial Barrel Aged Gin

1/2 ounce Tart Cherry Liqueur (or tart cherry juice)

1 ounce sweet vermouth

Dash of orange bitters

Orange slice or maraschino cherry

Directions:

Mix gin, cherry liqueur, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice or zest of orange or a maraschino cherry.
