With an average class size of 7:1, each student is enrolled with an individualized academic plan of instruction, relevant to their individual needs. At Accelerated Schools, we offer High School, Middle School, and Elementary School classes with open enrollment. Any student may begin classes, any day, year-round. If you find that your child has fallen behind for any reason, we are able to help. Our student-teacher ratio of 7:1 will give your child the academic attention they need. Our students receive no failing grades and the effectiveness of our program(s) has proven itself year after year, since 1966. St. Elizabeth’s School is an intentionally inclusive K-8 Episcopal school.
At St. Elizabeth’s, you and your family will find a blend of well-balanced academics enriched by music, choir, visual art, Spanish, physical education, library, faith studies and chapel. Simply stated, St. Elizabeth’s is an outstanding educational environment that has a commitment to the development of the whole child academically, socially, spiritually and artistically. What separates SES from other fine private schools is its commitment to enrolling a well-balanced and economically diverse school community. Essential to this mission is the Family Commitment Plan, which is based upon a sliding scale tuition system that eliminates the categories of “scholarship” or “financial aid.” It is designed to determine each student’s tuition according to the principle that a family’s financial investment should be commensurate to its financial resources.
St. Elizabeth’s is currently K–7 and will achieve K–8 in 2016. The middle school years are a time of immense change. SES strongly believes in the benefits of a small, supportive, K-8 environment, where students can comfortably grow in responsibility, confidence, and maturity. Dedicated and engaged teachers insure safety and accountability. Graduates will be prepared to enter the most challenging high schools in Denver: Independent, charter, or public.
Come and see our exceptional school community in action!
