What happens when New Belgium Brewing Company and Niman Ranch team up? Greatness, that’s what, in the form of beer-infused meat snacks like Fat Tire bratwursts and pulled pork, shredded beef, and ribs doused in Fat Tire-steeped sauces. And because both companies are pioneers in their fields, the collaboration products deliver more than just great taste: They’re propelling a mission for good.

“Our shared missions to make the world a better place brought us together and our passion for good food and drink solidified our partnership,” says Leah Pilcer, director of communications and PR for New Belgium.

Marczyk Fine Foods shares a similar goal of championing family-owned businesses and companies that do right by the customer and the planet. The gourmet market, which sells only Niman Ranch’s Certified Humane fresh meats (all of which are raised by independent U.S. family farmers, without antibiotics or hormones) will be the first store in the world to carry the collaboration meats. “There’s synergy between the mission and ethos to our businesses,” says co-owner Pete Marczyk. “It’s just a perfect fit.”

Starting Wednesday, July 31, you can fill your cart with Fat Tire Beer Bratwurst, Fat Tire Spicy Cheddar Beer Bratwurst, Pulled Pork with Fat Tire BBQ Sauce, Shredded Beef with Fat Tire BBQ Sauce, and St. Louis Ribs with Fat Tire BBQ Sauce. Grill ‘em up and pop the top on an ice-cold Fat Tire.

Bonus: Marczyk Fine Foods will host a free tasting of the meats (and New Belgium beers in its adjacent wine shop) from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, at the Uptown location and again on Saturday, August 3, at the Colfax location.
