The Only Cocktail Recipe You’ll Need This Fall

We tapped Kendra Anderson, owner of the ’70s-glam Bar Helix in RiNo, to create a cocktail that evokes that warm-and-fuzzy fall feeling.

serves two

2 ounces Spruce Creek rye
3 ounces Peychaud’s Aperitivo
1.5 ounces Cardamaro
.5 ounce freshly squeezed
lemon juice
16 dashes Bittercube
Blackstrap Bitters
Green apple slices, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously to combine; strain equally into two coupe or martini glasses. Garnish with sliced green apple. Cheers!
