Acting on a tip from a reader, we hunted down the tacos at Taqueria Los Tres Reyes in Littleton. We’d been briefed that the eight-year-old restaurant specializes in Mexican and Yucatan cuisine, and told that the tacos are especially delicious. Indeed, they are, served on fresh corn tortillas with chopped pork and chicken (respectively), and garnished with diced onion and slices of cucumber and radish. A squeeze of lime and a drizzle of both the red and green salsas, and each bite is tasty and authentic.
