A former editorial intern, Ethan is 5280‘s associate food editor. He writes and edits for the print magazine and 5280.com, while also contributing to DEI and social media efforts. The Pennsylvania native studied cognitive science at Brown University and created an independent major in food writing, which he admits is a bit on the nose. When he’s not slavering over precisely folded dumplings, he enjoys writing piddly tunes on the guitar and familiarizing himself with the city’s cleanest bar bathrooms.
