For 35 years, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado has worked hard to maintain and build our state’s trails, create healthy environments for plants and wildlife, restore fire- and flood-damaged lands, and protect our public lands. At this annual bash, guests can celebrate their statewide stewardship with Colorado-grown food, including apple and brie grilled cheeses and fresh-from-the-market grilled vegetable skewers, and live music by local bluegrass band Part & Parcel, while participating in raffles to win prizes, such as an Aspen ski getaway or free Colorado State Park passes. You’ll also get a chance to hear from guest speaker Quinn Brett, a renowned climber who has first ascents in Patagonia and women’s speed records on El Capitan in Yosemite.
