12 Days of Christmas: 2 Turtle Doves and French Hens

It’s one thing to sing your favorite holiday jingle and another to use it as inspiration for an actual meal. During this culinary course, chef Steven Nalls from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts will help guests turn “The 12 Days of Christmas” into a tasty feast as they learn how to roast hens, whip up classic mashed potatoes with a gravy sauce (yes, he may take a few liberties), and craft some delicious chocolate turtle desserts. And of course ticket holders can take the recipes home—so they’re able to make the dishes a dozen more times before December 25.
