Tattoo art isn’t a medium you you often see at a traditional art gallery. But the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver will show that the craft deserves to exist in such a space with this exhibit from New York artist Amanda Wachob. See abstract designs that she has has used a tattoo machine to imprint onto canvas, paper, and silk. During the exhibit’s first week, Wachob will also be on hand tattooing human subjects chosen from a five-year waitlist.
