Bill Coors: The Will to Live

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema
4255 W. Colfax Ave.
Denver, CO 80204

The beer industry—and Colorado—lost one of its most influential leaders this past weekend when Bill Coors died at the age of 102. The overachieving entrepreneur helped transform Coors Brewing Company from a small brewery created by his grandfather, Adolph, to a Fortune 500 company. Kerry David’s award-winning documentary details that growth, along with Bill’s other societal contributions, including the introduction of recyclable pop-top aluminum cans and championing LGBTQ rights. Following the revolutionary leader’s passing, David’s film, Bill Coors: The Will to Live, will play at Harkins Northfield 18 and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema throughout the week.
