Why attend a a run-of-the-mill concert with just one music star when you can check out a performance featuring musicians from four different Colorado groups? The headliners of this festival’s folksy early show are The Colorado Bluebirds, a supergroup featuring members from renowned-bluegrass outfits such as Yonder Mountain String Band and Head for the Hills. Later shows include other Centennial State ensembles such as alternative-folk band Gasoline Lollipops. Proceeds from the event benefit the creation of the Bluebird Youth Arts House, which will host free and reduced-cost music lessons for kids on the Front Range.
