Five winemakers, five chefs, and five heritage pigs unite to bring you a pork experience unlike any other. Guests will be greeted with an assortment of beverages including a punch, Manhattan cocktails, and wine; small bites such as artisan cheese and bacon; and up to six rich heritage pork entrees from each participating chef. The winner of Denver’s Cochon 555, selected by the 20 judges, will go on to compete in the national Grand Cochon competition. Sun 4-7:30 p.m.
