At this exclusive wood-fired cooking demonstration, 30 chefs will gather to create a one-of-a-kind feast. Theo Adley from the RiNo Yacht Club and Blackbelly’s Hosea Rosenberg will grill heritage-breed meats (think: whole-roasted pig, chicken, and sturgeon) in front of a hungry crowd. Wash down the hearty meal with tipples from a tropical tiki bar. Proceeds benefit the Piggy Bank, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that encourages farmers to conserve heritage-breed pigs.
