Cooking with Cupid

Want to try something new this Valentine’s Day instead of the traditional “wine-and-dine?” Prepare a special dinner with your significant other with the help of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts. Chef de Cuisine Cada Fabian will lead a Cooking with Cupid class that kicks off with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and antipasti follow by a five-course meal (think: oysters with rose champagne mignonette and surf-and-turf lobster salpicon with sous vide short ribs). Tip: Wear comfy shoes in the kitchen as you’ll be on your feet for the duration of the class. Mon-Sun 6-9:30 p.m.
