During this class, chef Dan Widmann will demonstrate proper dumpling steaming and folding techniques and share three filling recipes: tangy roast pork, spicy shrimp, and fresh vegetable. At the end of the lesson, feast on your creations while the chef answers your cuisine-related questions.
