Grab a partner for this 21-day fitness challenge. Each team will perform three sets of exercises at Littleton’s MissFits Studio, including one-minute sets of sit-ups, burpees, and rolling-ball pushups. Contestants will attend fitness sessions throughout the month and test again after 21 days, with the duo with the most combined weight lost receiving gift cards to select healthy restaurants.
