In response to the modern political circus, Niza Knoll is bringing back her insightful Holy Moly show, which last ran in December 2016. In the previous iteration, Knoll curated artwork from across the country, such as crosses made out of television remotes, that focused on how religious themes permeated contemporary art. But this year, there’s an extra twist: She’s calling for political commentary, a natural byproduct of the religious discourse. Feeling that the two go hand in hand, she sought pieces that considered how they intersected for this thoughtful show.
