Join chef Bradford Heap from Wild Standard as he works with other top chefs in Denver to craft a meal for particularly refined palettes. The multicourse menu includes hand-rolled cavatelli by Alex Seidel of Mercantile Dining & Provision as well as a Colorado-sourced lamb dish by Boulder chef Dave Query. Each course will be complemented with wine pairings selected by sommelier Brett Zimmerman and cocktails created by mixologist Bryan Dayton. Proceeds benefit the James Beard Foundation, a nonprofit that annually acknowledges outstanding individuals in the culinary field. Sat 6:30-10:30 p.m.
