Leonardo Da Vinci: 500 Years Of Genius

303-370-6000

Denver Museum of Nature & Science
2001 Colorado Blvd.
Denver, CO 80205

Although the real “Mona Lisa” is on display almost 5,000 miles away in the Louvre, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science will give Coloradans the opportunity to experience her mystery and allure up close. Examine a 360-degree rendering of Leonardo Da Vinci’s well-known portrait, and peruse more than 70 other replicas of his other works and inventions, such as his famous hang glider. Many elements—including a station where attendees can build their own codex—will be hands on, and historical reenactors found throughout the exhibit will provide even more insight on the life of the Italian polymath.
