Before Good River Beer releases their new brew—an unnamed Weizebock wheat beer—you are invited to enjoy a decadent four-course meal. This beer-paired dinner will start with provolone fondue (paired with the American pilsner) and a greek greens salad matched with the Fu Fighter ale. Indulge in an elk au poivre and a Gunney black lager, and get the first taste of the special-release Weizenbock paired with bread pudding for dessert. This event will benefit Good River Beer’s nonprofit 2% to Rivers, which focuses on river conservation. Tue 6:30-9 p.m.
