Unlike most cooking courses that begin in the kitchen, this one starts at another important location when it comes to meal prep: the market. Beginner- to intermediate-level cooks can join local chef Katrina Brink at the Pearl Street Farmer’s Market to plan a four-course meal around the available in-season fare. After selecting ingredients, attendees will follow Brink on a short commute to her home kitchen where she will help the class create a simple, sustainable meal.
