To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Lola Coastal Mexican will invite five Denver chefs to create a scrumptious pork-centric meal. Sample meat from Duroc pigs cooked six different ways, including Old Major chef Amos Watts’s porchetta with a pig skin pineapple salsa and Jax’s Fish House chef Sam Pepper’s burnt-honey-and-citrus carnitas. Wash down your dinner with a $5 paloma or margarita while Denver group GAMB and Boulder-based Sixty Minute Men give a live jazz-fusion performance.
