This nutrition-focused cooking class will help you make good on that New Year’s resolution to detoxify your diet. In this hands-on, 90-minute experience, dietician Heidi Dietz will teach participants how to cook a variety of healthy, plant-based meals, such as chickpea curry and quinoa tabouli salad. Attendees will learn the wellness benefits of the ingredients and food preparation techniques that allow dishes to retain the most vitamins and minerals. The guidance doesn’t end when the class does; students will leave with a seven-day recipe plan to help improve their physical and mental well being.
