The spirit of the Emerald Isle is on full display at this show celebrating Irish Christmas traditions. The Boulder-based Rocky Mountain Revels, comprised of both amateur and professional performers ranging from seven years old to their 70s, create a new show each year to celebrate the winter solstice and Christmas customs of a different nation. This year’s takes place on the RMS Carpathia, a steamship bringing Irish immigrants to America at the turn of the 20th century. The play will include plenty of step dancing, reels, and Celtic music as the voyagers bring pieces of their homeland along for the ride.
