Join Steven Redzikowski of OAK at Fourteenth, Acorn, and Brider, as he teams with T/ACO owner Peter Waters for a taco-inspired pop-up dinner. Along with a selection of small plates, Redzikowski and Waters will be serving up three innovative taco options: the Brider Taco with roasted chicken, shishito pepper and corn hash, and jalepeño vinaigrette; the OAK Taco, a slow-roasted porchetta taco with lime chicharron, fennel pollen, and Calabrian chili creme; and the Acorn Taco with smoked short rib Mexican dip, roasted poblano guacamole, queso fresco, and a tortilla broth dip.
