The Centennial State’s second-largest immigrant population will share the flavors of their homeland during this authentic feast. Savor a meal of injera (Ethiopian flat bread), spicy beef stew, and tiqel gomen (cabbage, potatoes and garlic) prepared by volunteer cooks with Ethiopian heritage while enjoying a folk dance performance by the Ethiopian Youth Dancers of Colorado. Congressman Mike Coffman will speak during the festival, which doubles as a naturalization ceremony for 15 Ethiopian immigrants. Sat 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
