Work & Class’s typical menu of roasted goat and chile-braised pork might not seem like the most natural match for your Thanksgiving table, but this dinner proves that fancy and homestyle can (and should!) go hand in hand. This fundraiser for Work Options for Women, a nonprofit that helps provide culinary job training for women looking for sustainable employment, features a half-dozen holiday dishes dreamt up by the Work & Class team, including turkey confit leg with poblano gravy and shishito goat cheese potato gratin. All attendees will go home with a list of the recipes used for the evening, so you too can give your Turkey Day a bit of flair.
