Most of us would be happy just producing a debut record. Lauryn Hill on the other hand had her first album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, go certified platinum eight times. The record also became the first hip-hop release to win a Grammy Award for “Album of the Year,” with the New Jersey–bred artist receiving praise for her powerful mix of narrative and social commentary. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic 1998 album, Hill will swing through the Mile High City with a slew of artists, including pop singer Santigold and hip-hop duo Shabazz Palaces.
