More than half of the United States’ 68 Certified Master Chefs, an elite group who have passed an eight-day ACMC exam, will come together in the Mile High City for this gourmet dinner. The menu will feature ingredients sourced from Colorado, including lamb, seasonal vegetables, and peaches. Beer and wine will be provided by Colorado Wine and Classic Brewing Company, and this event will benefit the American Culinary Federation Colorado Chef’s Association, which provides culinary educational opportunities for Colorado residents.
