On February 4, the Chinese New Year celebration will usher in the year of the pig. The pot-bellied animal is a symbol of wealth and fortune in Chinese culture, but for the 60 local artists in this imaginative exhibit, what the animal represents is open to interpretation. Using only an eight-by-eight inch panel, the craftsmen created works, such as General Hogs Conscience and Taking My Impossible Dreams Out For A Walk.
