Experience truly rare and intoxicating tastes at this dinner featuring dishes flavored with one of the world’s most renowned culinary treasures—the divinely aromatic white truffle. Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chef of 2010 Missy Robbins, who cooked in Italy before founding her acclaimed Brooklyn restaurant Lilia earlier this year, will prepare a six-course dinner centered around a veal entrée and gnocchi and tortellini pasta dishes. Fittingly, the food will be accompanied by Robert Voerzio’s Barolo wine, which, like the white truffle, is produced from grapes grown only in Italy’s fruitful Piedmont region. Tue-Wed 6 p.m.
