Not all top-tier culinary dinners require wine pairings and cocktails. This four-course affair, held at Altius Farms, features creations from some of Denver’s best chefs paired with non-alcoholic craft beverages. In between bites made by Chef Paul Warthen of Potager and Southern Spirits’ Director of Mixology, Ryan Conklin, diners are encouraged to spark conversation about mental health issues and addiction in the hospitality industry. Proceeds from the event will benefit CHOW, a Denver-based organization dedicated to providing mental health support across the city’s hospitality industry.
