Thru March 14 Bring a Friend February
Share your love of the mountains (and skiing and snowboarding), and win loot at Colorado’s “Bring a Friend in February” contest. All you’ve got to do is bring a newbie to the slopes and get them signed up for a lesson. Send in the receipt, and you’ll be entered to win sweet gear like Burton snowboards, Ramp skis, and even a ski trip.
Tabernash’s Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa added 35 more rooms to its offerings in December with the debut of the 50,000-square-foot High Lonesome Lodge. The new lodge overlooks the Ranch and features “The Barn”—a Civil-war ear building brought over piece by piece from Ohio and transformed into an events center complete with a wall of windows that offers stunning views of the Divide.
