The National Kidney Foundation’s 35th Annual Great Chefs of the West was held on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the EXDO Event Center. This event brought together chefs from over 20 of Denver’s best restaurants and individuals with a passion for food and raising money for an important cause. Great Chefs of the West featured menu tastings from top chefs, signature cocktails, craft beer and wine, a silent and live auction, and the gift of life program. Event attendees ate their way through the night as the chefs competed for the coveted title: best dish.
