Raj Dagstani’s experience as a classically-trained artist and his passion for food come together in every jar of jam he creates. This peach-cardamom preserve is one of his very favorites (along with the pear-vanilla, which recently won a Good Food Award, as judged by Alice Waters, Ruth Reichl, and June Taylor.) Dagstani makes one batch of jam each week.
