All the Denver Fashion News You Need Right Now

With sales and new beauty products coming to Denver, now is the time to stay in the loop on local happenings.

Between summer vacations, pool parties, and barbecues, staying on top of the latest fashion and beauty happenings likely hasn’t been a priority. We’re here to clue you back in—just in time to start updating your fall wardrobe.

Personal Shoppers

Speaking of: A Line Boutique has come to the rescue of shoppers short on time with this month’s launch of a free concierge service. Simply schedule a private appointment with one of A Line’s stylists; they’ll meet you at your home, review and edit your closet, and then shop for exactly what you need. Nothing is charged to your credit card without your approval, so it’s just like shopping in the store—with a fashionable fairy godmother. Mountain Beauty

Makeup guru (and sometimes Colorado resident) Bobbi Brown has released her latest beauty collection: Telluride. Inspired by the mountain town’s late afternoon sun, shades of tawny nude, rose gold, and pink bronze are translated into accents for the eyes, lips, and cheeks. My favorite product is the Limited Edition Eye Palette ($52, pictured), which includes four earthy shades plus three shimmers to wear alone or layered. It’s the perfect product to throw in a work bag for an evening touch-up. Tip: If you’re unsure of how to use any product, Bobbi Brown now offers complimentary makeup lessons (a big thanks to Mary Wolfgang at Nordstrom Cherry Creek for mine). Fashion on the Move

Girls looking for on-trend styles that won’t bust their budgets will find closet must-haves—all for less than $100—at year-old, Denver-based online boutique Patterns & Pops. A limited number of pieces are created in each statement-making style (like this hot pink slit-up-the-thigh pencil skirt and matching crop top). The get-it-while-you-can philosophy means new merchandise comes in every couple of weeks, so fans have to check back regularly. If that sounds like too much of a commitment—or you’re not the online-shopping type—you’re in luck: As of this month, you can check out P&P in person thanks to its new fashion truck. Expect to find an edited selection of clothing, as well as exclusive novelty items such as umbrellas, cards, and travel journals. Follow P&P on Facebook or Instagram to stay up-to-date on the mobile boutique’s location.

Customized Jewelry

Celebrated Denver-based designer (and this year’s Top of the Town winner for local jewelry designer) Lindsey Bloom is hoping to make gift-giving a little easier with her new accessory collection, B.line (pictured, above). How so? She lets you—the gift giver—call the shots in the design process. Start by choosing from two necklace and five bracelet styles in either 24-karat gold or sterling silver plated. Then, select a stone color to represent a baby’s birth month, for example, or one that has a healing property, or maybe a shade that matches your wedding theme. Bloom and her team will deliver the final piece in one to two weeks. A hassle-free shopping experience? Count us in. $65–$99, jewelrybybloom.com
