Events, parties, and specials to help you celebrate St. Patrick's Day the right way.

There’s no need for luck or even to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. No matter your heritage, everyone is encouraged to dress in green, eat creative takes on corned beef and cabbage, drink festive beers, and celebrate the Irish way. Here are some specials and events taking place around Denver this week:


Everything Green | Entire month of March

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, The Spa at The Inverness in Englewood will be offering green-themed specials. Packages include massages, facials, body scrubs, and pedicures ranging from $35 to $189. 200 Inverness Drive West; 303-799-5800

Amante Coffee | Thursday, March 17
Amante Denver and three Boulder locations (Baseline, Downtown, and Uptown) will offer it’s signature Irish Coffee made with Bailey’s Irish Cream for $3 all day on St. Patrick’s Day. Locations vary

St. Patrick’s Day: Luck of the Irish | Thursday, March 17, 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Stir Cooking School will show you how to cook a menu filled with Irish favorites that can be paired with beer. You’ll learn to make Irish soda bread with aged Irish cheddar, pan-seared salmon with pea and mint butter sauce, colcannon (mashed potatoes with cabbage), beer cheese soup, and Guiness cake. Melvin Dinner | Thursday, March 17, 5:30–10 p.m.
Backcountry Pizza and Taphouse in Boulder is appealing to “professionals and graduates” and hosting a dinner alongside Melvin Brewing. The five-course meal will include five brews, bagpipes, and plenty of other shenanigans. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased online. 2319 Arapahoe Ave.; 303-449-4285

Keggs & Eggs | Thursday, March 17, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Radio station 93.3 will host it’s 7th Annual Keggs & Eggs St. Patrick’s Day breakfast party at LoDo’s Bar and Grill. The entertainment at this year’s lineup includes Amzy, Saint Motel, and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats. Doors open at 7 p.m., but tickets are free and will be sure to go fast, so get there early. 1946 Market St.; 303-293-8555

St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shenanigans | Thursday, March 17
The Viewhouse (Ballpark District) will be hosting its fourth year of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with a variety of food and drink specials served daily until Thursday. The shenanigans on Thursday will include a day full entertainment—Michael Collins Pipes and Drums will play at 4 p.m. and DJs start at 6 p.m. Don’t miss out on a pint of green beer and their Reuben Triangles. 2015 Market St.; 720-306-9008

Paddy Hard | Thursday, March 17
Fado Irish Pub has long been a popular St. Paddy’s Day destination. This year is no exception, with a wide range of entertainment, beers gardens, and bands starting at 2 p.m. Entertainment includes Irish step dancers and the Colorado Youth Pipe Band. 1735 19th St.; 303-297-0066

Capital Hill Hooley | Thursday, March 17
The Irish Snug will be hosting it’s annual Capital Hill Hooley on St. Patrick’s Day. Entertainment includes Irish step dancers, Ciorcal Cairde Irish Pipes and Drums, Brian Clancy and Irish Row, U2 cover band Under a Blood Red Sky, as well as various drink specials and traditional Irish food. 1201 E. Saint Paddy’s Weekend Festival | Thursday, March 17 to Saturday, March 19
