Colorado Won't Split Electoral Vote

Amendment 36, which would end the winner-take-all system for electoral votes, has been declared a loser by 9 News. FasTraks has won and a lot of politicos are down at Union Station celebrating loudly. The tobacco tax was an easy winner. 84 cents a pack more starting January 1. Salazar is gaining a larger lead over Coors. John Salazar is behind right now. Surprise of the night so far: Stan Matsunaka is making a very strong showing against Marilyn Musgrave--48% to 46% right now.
