They'll be honoring Martin Luther King day tonight at the Bluebird with a show that should help us shake off the chill with the warm sounds of roots and reggae. Joseph Israel headlines; the dreadlocked Israelite Rastafarian's music fits the holiday well with his music's messages of redemption, love, spiritual awakening and a call to unity. Local DJ Uplifter will open the show, so head to the Bluebird Theater at 8 p.m. to join the celebration.
