Moveable Feast: Picnic Fare

Since Mark Bittman's "101 20-Minute Dishes for Inspired Picnics" ran in The New York Times a couple weeks ago, we've put a handful of those easy recipes to the test. In the process, we've discovered some new favorites--of note, the citrusy beet salad (#1), cold peanut noodles (#8), and tabbouleh (#41).
