Truth: We bought Marczyk Fine Foods' macaroni and cheese for our daughter. Confession: My husband and I ate all but a couple bites of the creamy combo of noodles and cheese. Found in the prepared-food case, the Uptown market offers an updated version of the classic combo: fusilli noodles take the place of elbow, and garlic and onion pep up the traditional béchamel sauce.
